Useless customer service
I had to update my payment for my annual subscription. I had to create a new ACI store account that didn't link up to my On Demand account (I have an old account). I couldn't update the subscription payment until the ACI Store account was linked to my On Demand account. I explained the problem to customer service. I had with screenshots with a detailed explanations of my problem and didn't get any resolution and just had to pay the full price without the discount I originally had, which was a 60% discount at the time I had first signed up several years ago. Then they're asking how good they did. Responses were not prompt, responses were not helpful. 0/5 stars if I could. The only redeeming value I could say is that they were not intentionally rude. Awful and expensive (to me) service. I used my full government name on this review because I feel strongly about this review.
