charging a $57 credit card processing fee on a $300 flight is absurd. and to make that the only part that is not returned if the flight gets changed or cancelled makes it predatory. i literally went and booked a different flight 20min earlier that ended up being $20 (cheaper) with 3k more luggage. you would have got my business if you had priced things properly.
