The worst company EVER!!
This is the worse financial institution ever! I will definitely be changing to a standard type bank! I filed a dispute against a terrible company called Autoguard! They are even worse than chime bank. So I froze all of my debit cards. Because that terrible company kept trying to pull money illegally from my account. Now chime knew that I have a dispute against auto guard so why did they despite having all debit cards frozen did they allow them to remove $149.00 from my debit card? And now I filed another dispute with the same company to get my money returned to me. Don’t open any accounts with them!! They pretend to have the customers best interest but they Do Not!!! If I don’t get my money back I’m going to contact my attorney and also file with the BBB against them to recoup my money! Again there are sneaky and deceitful. I’ve already encouraged my friends, family and colleagues and anyone who will listen to leave this bank immediately or be scammed by them!! Also they will deny ur dispute and side with the other company that you have a dispute against when it’s obvious the one ur disputing with stole your money and they will side with the person you’re disputing against! Definitely no longer trust them and will be leaving them ASAP. They also have terrible customer service and the AI agent they have “jade” is an idiot too! Please don’t make the mistake and bank with them! The agent I spoke to informed me that chime isn’t a bank! Now I know I’m leaving and you all should too!!! Just awful to allow money out of a frozen disputed account!!
