Communication was very good as far as shipping. The product was exactly as i expected. Over all my experience was good. One point I would like to make. Because there were two bottles of bb's and two packages of air cylinders along with the M3 replica the package was on the heavy side. This led to more careless handling and when it arrived at my home, one end was torn open along with some of the rest of the box. I would recommend more robust packaging with a shipment that is heavy and will pass through several depots and handling.
