hopeless service, I took bus from klia to KL sentral ,prev exp said you can seat anywhere, so when I took the front seats, they told me to seat at your registered seats . Fine so on my next trip, I booked the front seats, and shit happened, the idiot at the bus entry said you Can sit anywhere. This is what you call disgusting inconsistency, INCOMPETENT idiots at the job. WHEN ARE YOU GOING RO GROW UP AND LEARN TO FOLLOW RULES
