Nothing has bern Shipped
I ordered a preorder cosplay back in september and another in november. NEITHER have been shipped yet despite the first order saying it was to be shipped november 24th and arrive by december 1st. It is now december 14th, well passed the estimated delivery yet it claims to still be in processesing. I have emailed multiple times, even providing a photo showing the delivery summary and eta in one of the emails and even tried contacting the instagram to which i have yet to recieve a response on either end. These cosplays are pricey and were suppose to be gifts. I have never ordered from here and this experience only makes me not wanna order here again. Genuinely would love to know when I am gonna recieve my first order and that this wont happened with the second.
