Unauthorized access to purchased account, refund denied
I purchased a Genshin Impact reroll account on ZeusX. At the time of purchase, I was told that the password could be changed after playing regularly, but I was not informed that until then, the account could still be accessed by someone with prior login information. Sixteen days after purchase, while I still could not change the password, the account was accessed from devices that are not mine (iPhone 13, iPhone 15.5, MS-7E07). During this time, saved in-game resources were consumed, the birthday was set, and account information such as the in-game ID and party setup was changed. I am a Korean user and only log in from my own devices. These changes were not made by me. I contacted both the seller and ZeusX support and provided evidence. However, I was informed that refunds and any form of compensation are not available. I am sharing this experience so other buyers are aware of the risks when purchasing accounts that cannot be secured immediately.
