I accidentally sent my order in before reviewing it. I emailed with customer service and though they weren't able to refund and cancel they offered me a 10% discount. When I got the shirts the material quality was amazing! The shirts were 100% cotton and I wasn't expecting that. Unfortunately I ordered a small when I meant to order a 3XL. I was ordering these as a gift to my sister who had told me recently "So I'm actually a 4XL" when we were measuring to order something from a different store. I asked if they could change the color as well as the size and they were so kind as to send me two black 4XL items and suggested I gift out the mistake items. I spoke with Vivi, via email and she was incredibly responsive and helpful. This is by far the best customer support experience I have had in years.
