I am extremely disappointed with my Simba purchase
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with SIMBA. I recently purchased a new SIM card from SIMBA, completed the activation process, and was later informed that the number assigned to me actually belongs to another person. This is completely unacceptable. If the number is a recycled number that is still linked to a previous user, this should never be sold as a “new” number in the first place. This situation has caused unnecessary confusion, inconvenience, and a total waste of my time and money. As a consumer, I find it unreasonable that SIMBA allows customers to purchase a SIM card when the number is clearly not ready or properly cleared for reassignment. This reflects very poor system checks and customer experience.
