Growatt Battery Issue Rectified Quickly
Had an issue with one if my batteries, giving low voltage warning and locking out. Once I'd been in touch with Growatt UK support, I was given simple instructions to verify the issue, then advised a service visit would be arranged. Was them booked in and visited within a couple of week, fault rectified. Good communication and pleasant staff to deal with.
