TERRIBLE customer service!
Terrible customer service. I bought a wig as a gift and my mother in law advised the colour was too light (before receiving the package). I contacted them within 24h asking for the return instructions, so I am informed upon receiving the product. I am now at email number 11 with no return instructions from them and getting the run-around. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
