Configuation Assistance with Rover 60 Charge controller and 400W Portable Solar Blankets
I just bought all the components to make a complete solar setup with the Renogy 400W Solar blanket. I have 2 of them and the 60A Controller. I wanted to make sure I had all the correct wire sizes and fuses to go with it. AI helped some but not all and asked for a rep. I got Kaye. She researched and answered ALL my questions in the most polite, professional exceptional way. Working with her convinced me that I made the right decision buying Renogy Products and that Renogy is totally focused on customer service. I am retired with 32 years working in IBM Service so I have a pretty good idea what excellent service is.
