Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. Stay away from this company. I placed an order, was charged immediately, and received an order confirmation, which made me believe the item was in stock. After waiting for two weeks with no shipping updates, I had to contact customer service myself. Only then was I told that the dress was actually out of stock. They never informed me proactively. I reluctantly agreed to exchange the item instead of requesting a refund, hoping they would finally resolve the issue. However, my exchange request has now been sitting pending approval for days, and nothing has happened. It hasn’t even been approved, let alone shipped. This company has wasted my time from the very beginning. Poor communication, false inventory information, extremely slow customer service, and absolutely no respect for customers. At this point, I no longer want anything from this store. I have completely lost confidence in this company and have requested a full refund. If you value your time and your money, shop somewhere else. There are plenty of retailers that actually know how to treat their customers. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
