Horrible quality and no help for returning
The item received does not match the seller’s description. It is of very poor quality and not usable. The description stated high-quality wool clothing; instead, cheap polyester material with a poor-quality print was delivered. Despite repeated contact by email, only discounts for future purchases are offered. When requesting a return address, no clear response is provided, making it impossible to return the package to the seller, even though this was explicitly requested multiple times.
