I ordered two sweaters on December 1st…
I ordered two sweaters on December 1st for a Christmas party which I assumed was well in advance. It’s been 17 days now, I can’t get a proper answer on what the status of my items are and to make matters worse, I have now been told the items are ready to ship, they are not in their possession and have been handed to the shipping company and when I ask for tracking there is none and we’re talking almost three weeks now with no update. I spent a lot of money and 17 days in have no update other than we are working on it or it’s already been given to the shipping company and were waiting for tracking info. Now I’m reading all of these reviews about quality and at this point I just want what I ordered because there was an assumption I’d have these before Christmas which is now 7 days away.
