Returns and Refunds Must Not Exist - No Customer Support
After spending over $1000 with WINWINGSIM over the years on good products I am very disappointed with my last experience. Due to how item was listed on website, I accidently ordered 2 of one item even after clarifying online that indeed the item came in two parts. Tried to return the other item that cost me $164.56 and was told there would be a "restocking fee"... Still wanted a majority of my money back. Item was received at their return warehouse, and I have now waited an additional 14 days for a refund. I feel there will be no refund in sight. There are other companies making quality flight sim stuff now, WINWINGSIM is not our only answer. I have cancelled all pre-orders for the newer stuff they are offering.
