Item came damaged and when I tried to show them that it was so, they deflected and just kept deflecting rather than rectifying the issue. After a whole week or 2 of replying back and forth they agreed to a refund, it has been over 2 weeks since they said they issued the refund and I haven't recieved nothing. Would definetly recommend you avoid this company they do not want to help at all and will ignore you as much as possible. I've had to contact my bank as these guys are clearly trying to scam.
