There was absolutely no solution or desire to find a solution to my email. Might as well just not have any customer support at all. I reached out within 5 minutes of placing the order and now they’re saying hours. A company that lies as well. I sent a couple emails about it. Not just one. No responsibility and again offers zero solution. The product was not shipped and didn’t go anywhere. I contacted within 5 minutes of the order.
