We purchased 2 timeshares through SMTN and have been very pleased! We knew what we were looking for but didn't want to pay retail prices. SMTN found us 2 units that, together, were cheaper than the foreclosure unit (that we didn't like as much) being offered to us by the resort. It is a slow process, but if you can be patient it is well worth the investment. Our broker was easy to get in touch with and always willing to explain everything. Overall, it was a great experience working with them.

SMTN helped us purchase two timeshares at really great prices. We knew what we were looking for but did not want to pay normal retail costs and with SMTN we got two for less money than we would have spent on one foreclosure unit through the resort. It is a slow process to get everything finalized, but if you can be patient it is worth it. It is helpful to review all of the paperwork yourself so you understand what you're doing, but the broker at SMTN was always willing and able to work with us on ironing out the details. Overall, and great experience.
