Inadequate information about delivery
Very disappointed. The products were confiscated by Swiss customs because they cannot legally be imported into Switzerland, but this was not clearly stated on the website before purchase. I paid for the products, shipping, and have received multiple additional customs charges. This could have been avoided with proper information.
