I loved Hipcamp when I first joined
I loved Hipcamp when I first joined. But now, not so much. Camping selection is just okay. Here in Mn its mostly camping on fly infested hobby farms. No thanks. There is only one place I truly enjoy and I went to book it, but decided not to because of THE FEES !!! WOW, 20% (of total plus) non-refundable booking fee is just plain greedy ( they also collect a host fee) After years on Hipcamp I am done. I will be sticking to the state park reservation system. They only charge $8.00 and have real people to speak with.
