Wish I could give zero
Wish I could give zero. I ordered a piece over 5 weeks ago and they processed my payment immediately. After the fourth week of no information I put in a ticket to find out where my order was. I was told that if I got no response within 48 hours to reply to the email. Nothing. I then requested a refund. Nothing. It is now past the 5th week with no piece and no refund. Today I requested another refund. Any bets on what will happen?
