The bags are really good
The bags are really good, however, communication was poor and it took a long time to receive the order - almost a month. I received a number of emails that the tracking of my parcel had been updated, but it repeatedly reported the exact same information and was always lagging behind when the latest tracking change actually happened. Email might come two days after the change occurred, then would receive another email giving me the same information about 3-4 days later but telling me there was a new update. Nothing new, just the same information with my parcel sitting for a long time going nowhere. Quite frustrating!
