I had a disappointing experience with this company’s return policy. I contacted them within 30 days to return an item that was not damaged and unused. Initially, I was told the item could not be returned, and later I was informed that I could only return it at my own expense plus pay a $33 restocking fee. After factoring in return shipping and the restocking fee, the cost to return the item is almost as much as the item itself. This feels unreasonable and was not clearly communicated upfront. I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you are absolutely certain you will keep the item.
