Complete failure and scam. I was traveling to the UK and bought my train tickets with months in advance only to get an email a week before my trip that there was "a change in my itinerary" and they were offering bus tickets instead which completely changed my schedule. Asked for a refund. Since it was so close, I opted to buy directly on a true railway company. Very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone who likes to plan out their trips months in advance.
