Frustrating customer service
Peak Design really does have incredible bags. But the process of returning my bag has been completely awful. Their customer service / returns department is incredibly slow to respond and resolve issues. I was initially never sent a label for my return and had to wait weeks to hear back about it. And since returning my bag, I've been completely ghosted by Peak Design. The return was received one month ago (according to my track-and-trace code) and still haven't heard anything yet and no money back. If you want to buy from them, I highly recommend buying from another service with better customer service. Or perhaps from a physical store where you can make returns in person. It has now been over 2 months since I've started this return and I've yet to heard back. What an absolute nightmare.
