Terrible company. Offered me a partial refund on PayPal after I raised a complaint. Agreed to give me £15 refund but said I had to close the case on PayPal to release the funds. Surprise surprise, they’ve now totally ghosted me on emails and PayPal and refund has not been issued.
Ordered on 6th December. Items still not arrived and it’s now 22nd December. E Email says it was dispatched a week ago but tracking information states that Evri have not even received the package from Jessemade. Emailed and no response. Wish for a refund as it’s clear these will not be received in time for Christmas. Total waste of time and money.
