Unreliable company
I am writing this review to formally report a serious problem with stirlingkit.com. I purchased a helicopter with a total value of USD 2,000 more than three months ago, and the product has never been delivered. Since the purchase, I have contacted their customer service almost every day through id Martin Every time, they respond with the same excuse, saying that the product will be shipped “next week”, but nothing ever happens. After three months, there is no tracking number, no shipment confirmation, and no solution. This behavior demonstrates lack of professionalism, lack of transparency, and total disrespect for the customer. This is a high-value purchase, and the continuous false promises strongly suggest bad faith or extremely poor business practices. If this situation is not resolved immediately, I will take serious legal actions, including hiring lawyers and reporting this case to international consumer protection authorities.
