Ordered on 7th December for Christmas…
Ordered on 7th December for Christmas presents. After hearing no update for weeks, no reply to numerous emails, raised a dispute with credit card company, they then produced a tracking number but still hasn’t been dispatched and no update and clearly will never arrive for Christmas….. states based in UK but being shipped from China. Totally shocking customer service, poor updates, states will be available in plenty of time for Christmas but despite saying this is being shipped, had not moved on delivery status at all….. Do not use this company, if they can’t cope with “busy” periods, do not advertise and take payment up front, only to never actually post and let customers know when they might actually receive….. total joke!
