Extremely unprofessional
Ordered on Nov 30th to give plenty of time for items to arrive before Christmas. I heard nothing by Dec 8th so I decided to reach out. The only contact was a whatsapp chat and I recieved the most unprofessional auto reply that I've ever soon, it had emotes every couple of words and looked like it was straight out of an MLM handbook. Was told on the 9th that my order was being processed. I asked about shipping times and was sent a screenshot from the website that didn't even include my country in it and it was accompanied by a winky face emoji. Heard nothing again so I reached out again on the 18th and was told my parcel was in transit. It's now Dec 24th and the items I spent almost $100 on as a Christmas gift are nowhere to be seen. While I understand that this time of year is busy for everyone almost a month waiting on a package with little tp no communication is extremely unprofessional. I was extremely excited to buy from this store but won't be again.
