I would give zero stars if possible. I was gifted a QIDI X-Max 3 and had nothing but nonstop problems right out of the box, the auto plate leveling system didnt work and the manual plate screws suck and strip easily additionally even with SEVERAL online resources including but not limited to reddit fourms, youtube, and the own manufacturers website I was UNABE to get the bed to be anywhere near level even after trying the paper method with the provided leveling paper i tried using the software to help guide me through leveling it out and i even went to several reference videos and fourns about my problem and no such luck so I personally advise you stay away! This absolutely ruined my Christmas and I definitely will not be returning as a customer nor will I be recommending this company.
