Wouldn’t buy here again
Wouldn’t buy here again. Surprisingly the shipping was quite fast. Ordered end of November and got my order Dec 6th. It was ordered to be worn to a Christmas event, so I never examined the item until I wore it on Dec 16th. That’s when I noticed a large hole in the sleeve. I immediately contested customer service and was told that “the package had been delivered for a long time before reporting the issue” so they would only give me a 30% off next order coupon. Makes zero sense. Clearly a scam. TEN DAYS after receiving my order I report a defect and that’s “too long”. This is clearly a sweatshop operation happening somewhere. I feel bad for the workers and bad for supporting this business at all. For the quality and what it is, you can find so many better options in North America to buy. Won’t be shopping here ever again.
