Flawless experience
Laptop's battery was swelling up like a pillow, went immediately online to look for replacements but they were hard to come by (Teclast F15 Plus 2). Saw you were one of the few selling the correct replacement. Was very happy with everything. It came fast in just 10 days, was packaged well and it works great! Happy to have trusted the good reviews, will keep an eye out in case friends and family need in the future.
