Hi, I recently completed an order on G2G. The buyer has confirmed receipt, and I have uploaded the delivery proof. However, the payment is still showing as floating, and the order is not appearing under Completed Orders, even though the status shows completed. Could you please confirm if my payment is safe and when it will be released after the protection period? Thank you for your help...
