Rubbish customer service
Rubbish customer service. UK Customer Having bought these on 3 previous occasions, the 4th set never sat correctly in the charging case meaning they would auto connect to phone when I didn’t want them to and would never charge as designed. An email with video attached showing this was accepted by their ‘customer services’ team who vowed to replace the faulty product. Then they completely ‘ghosted’ me, never replying to my emails. No contact numbers to ring. Don’t buy these as they won’t refund you even if they accept they create and sell faulty products
