Haven't received my item.
I ordered my item on Dec 2 2025. I received tracking updates that ended on Dec 19 stating my local carrier received the item amd it was out for delivery. The post office has no information on this order. They haven't received anything. Still waiting to hear back from anyone. I emailed support twice now. Any update would be helpful or receiving a refund for the item I never received. Order ID JBU08491
