My experience was good up until I was not pleased with my bracelet with the cord, the charm was great just as I wanted and had the purple cord, well weeks after the cord started to unravel. I offer to send back my charm and have it re-corded in purple again. If I handled it wrong like wearing all the times or getting it wet I would have taken in consideration but no notice was made for me to believe that. I was told I could buy a bracelet a very thin bracelet and you can look on the order to see which one I ordered and put the charm on it and that was diaster the charm was to heavy for that thin bracelet. I offered to send my charm back and have it re corded in purple and pay for it. I still would like to do that bc the cord made the charm. When I say charm I mean a round letter LRLM charm. I am sure you can go back and check out my order and let me know what to do as far as sending it back give address and I will state in the order back to you to re-corded it in purple which was what I paid for. Give me the amount to be charged and I will furnish that to complete my order. I didnt expect you to re do it for nothing which I gathered that on my last conversation with you, plus I would pay postage also. I hate having something that nice and not wear it.
