Complete radio silence, completely nonexistant customer support
Made an order back in late November. The website stated it could take 4 weeks to create my custom order, process it, and ship it. Since then the order has not arrived - I would be okay with being patient if things took a little longer, but there has been absolutely zero communication from the company about my order beyond an automated purchase confirmation email. They said they'd provide information about package tracking - they did not, they linked to the third party Shop app which does not provide actual tracking information. They said a followup email would be sent when the order was ready and shipped - this never happened. I contacted their support email to ask about the state of my order - no response whatsoever, not even an automated "we got your email" response. Stay far, far away - even if somehow this company isn't an outright scam, its impossible to tell what they're doing with your order due to the lack of any and all communication whatsoever.
