I’ve ordered from this company multiple times now and I’m very pleased with the quality the speed of the delivery but I am especially happy with their return policy. I have had to do returns twice. I just did one this morning and they looked after it so quickly, and I already have a replacement size on its way. I confidently recommend this company.
I am very pleased with the quality and the customer service of this company. I have ordered a few times now, and the products are the same quality as the pictures, the fabric is quality fabric and the patterns are the same as the photos. I have been ordering small, which is what I always buy, but my most recent order had two very tailored jackets that were too small for me. I saved the packaging from one to do the return, but didn’t have my original packaging from the second one. So I thought I was going to have difficulty exchanging them both for larger sizes. I was very pleased to find out that they are going to do the exchange for both of them for no charge to me. I highly recommend this company for great customer service, style and quality.
