Very poor service
Very poor service. I honestly don’t understand how this company is still operating. I sold my iPad on 13 December (Order No. MYCMY25022536), and as of today, I have not received any email update or payment. I have contacted the company multiple times via WhatsApp and email, but there has been absolutely no response. This experience feels extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability. I will be reporting this matter to the relevant tribunal and sharing my experience with friends and family. To anyone considering buying or selling through this company—please think twice.
