Very disappointing experience. I was not pleased with the initial conversation with the sales representative and requested to cancel the service in writing via text. That request was ignored, and the logo process was started anyway. I decided to continue and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I provided very clear instructions and reference images showing exactly what I wanted. Despite this, they were unable to produce anything close to my request. The designs felt generic and appeared to be AI-generated rather than custom work. After several failed attempts, I hired a local designer who completed exactly what I wanted in 3 days. To this day, I have not received a refund and have received no proper follow-up, despite sending multiple messages, including messages to the manager, Dennis K. Based on poor communication, ignoring a cancellation request, lack of quality control, and no accountability afterward, I would not recommend this service Update Jan 12. 2026 : A $170 partial refund has now been issued. While I appreciate the refund, the process to reach a resolution took significant time and follow-ups. My cancellation request was not acknowledged at the start, and the designs did not meet the references provided. The situation was only addressed after escalation. I’m updating this review to reflect that the matter was partially resolved, but I still recommend clear communication and confirmation before starting any paid work
