A minor hitch
There was a minor hitch I discovered when I received the confirmation of my recent order for two shirts, a birthday gift for my son who lives in Chicago. Although the confirmation noted my son’s Chicago address correctly as the shipping address, it also adopted that address as the billing address. However, the credit card on file used for the purchase is associated with my billing address in West Palm Beach. Because I was concerned that the shirts would not be shipped in time to arrive by his birthday, or shipped at all, I contacted customer service. Ashley adroitly handled the matter and made sure the mistake was corrected in a matter of days. She was responsive and addressed the matter with courtesy and concern for the need to act quickly. Most importantly, she made me feel confident that she had the problem well in hand. Although I could have prompted the mistake, I did find the order screen confusing. It did not request a specific billing address, so I assumed your shipping department had my billing address by having my credit card on file. The quality of your customer service lives up to the quality of your shirts.
