They blocked my wife's account simply…
They blocked my wife's account simply because we refunded a few games that we didn't enjoy. What's the point of offering a refund option if you're going to ban customers for using it? They even offered us a 15% birthday discount, but they still refused to lift the ban. We've bought a lot of games from this website. Out of about 10 games we purchased, we only refunded 2 or 3 because they weren't very good. This could happen to you too. If you don't like a game and decide to use the refund option that's supposedly available, you could end up getting your account blocked. After my review, the seller replied that they would not unblock my account. They even told me that instead of relying on my own opinion, I should have watched a full playthrough on YouTube before buying the games. But if I don't like a game, I have the legal right to return it. It's really that simple. On top of that, these accounts are also used by other players, so their reasoning makes even less sense. The support agent was extremely rude and spoke to me as if I owed them something, instead of treating me like a paying customer. If this company is based in the United States, then perhaps a court can decide who is actually right and who is wrong.
