I strongly advise against purchasing this software. The company uses broad, misleading language to suggest their software works on all Samsung devices without data loss. In reality, the compatibility is very narrow. My device (Samsung M04) was unsupported. A professional company would offer a refund when their product fails to deliver on advertised claims, but this company refused even though i asked for refund after an Hour of using the product which was well within the 7 day refund period. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. Proceed with extreme caution.
