Months ago I won 200sc and began the redemption process when I was locked out of my account and every time I tried to reset my password I received an invalid link message. Finally ,they got the link issue fixed and I was told to log in with my new email as I had lost access to my original email. When I did that they then said I violated the multiple user agreement. It wasn't my issue that caused the sudden lock out. It wasn't my decision that created the new account and it's simply them avoiding a redemption. I can and will prove it in court . It's not the redemption winnings, it's the principal of the matter.
