Wow - had my Nixplay for a number of years - absolutely love it looking at my memories. Was devastated this morning to find it was not working ….. Contacted Joe at the Nixplay support - a few emails later and my memories are back. Fantastic product but even more amazing was the support I received - no AI bot giving platitudes - clear concise instructions on how to reset and update my frame - thank you Joe 🙏
