I was extremely disappointed to find out that the recipient had to go through a process to use the gift card as well as the fact that they were unable to use the card when they received it. I had already paid $6 for a $50 gift card. Now Giftly will earned interest on the transaction while my friend waits to receive a card. It was my understanding that the family received another Giftly card and they had to wait because they couldn’t use the card right away. That was $100 card. Someone else me about using a Giftly card and I said I would definitely not recommend using Giftly. You definitely should disclose in your advertisement that the card is not readily available. I am extremely disappointed.
