Received Kaegreel snow boots that were very small, but did not have any sizing marked on the boots anywhere. Contacted them and they told me sizing was marked. Not so. They offered me a $4 refund and 20% discount on another pair. I told them I wanted to return with a full refund. Not sure this will happen This is AI generated response with basically NO customer service. Last email said they were extremely busy and may take a while for further response. I should have known better. When there is no customer service phone # stay away. Just another Chinese scam company. I do not recommend doing business with Kaegreel,.
