Faulty laser/ WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTY
They sold me a faulty $1100 laser. Long story short, I spend hours and hours trying to fix it via their instructions through Whatsapp. I have over a year of messages with them trying to rectify the issue. They even had the nerve to accuse me of “operator error” which I proved it wasn’t. Their “tests” costs hundreds of hours, hundreds of dollars worth of destroyed materials, electricity, and pretty much tanked my small business because I couldn’t successfully produce my products. They refused to replace it. I’m having to take them to court. They hide their server of process in the US, so it’s been a challenge to serve them. I finally found the US server of process, but their information seems to be falsified. I reported them to the FCC. DO NOT BUY FROM ALGOLASER. They do not honor their warranty. They are unscrupulous and dishonest and will stonewall you instead of simply replacing an expensive laser per their warranty.
