Qidi box was supposed to ship within 7 days. I contacted customer support to ask where the box was and they told me it would’ve shipped within a month. Totally unacceptable the website should have mentioned that the would ship separately. I had now contacted customer support and they haven’t responded to my email. May be a good printer but probably the wait go with the bambu it will show up quicker I’m sure.
